Check SIM status on Quectel Modules
Quectel modules requires SIM card to operate on the cellular networks.
AT Command Tester tool provides an easy interface to check if the SIM is present and active. In addition to checking the SIM status in Quectel modules, the tool can also,
- Lock/Unlock the SIM
- Setup new SIM PIN code
- Change current SIM PIN code
- Clear the SIM lock
- Enter PUK code of SIM unlock has been tried maximum number of times.
How to check SIM status in Quectel Module?
AT+CPIN command is query the SIM status in Quectel module. If the SIM is present and ready, the command returns READY status of the SIM.
