Description

AT#MONI is used to get cell information from the neighbour list of serving cells.

Cell information,
- name of network operator
- country code
- network operator code
- progressive number of adjacent cell
- base station identification code
- quality of reception
0..7
- localization area code
- cell identifier
- assigned radio channel
- received signal strength in dBm
- timing advance
