Get the GPS Overground speed from the $GPVTG sentence

GPS Overground speed is returned in the $GPVTG sentence by the GPS devices.

To read GPS Overground speed,

• Use the AT Command Tester tool to connect to the GPS device.
• The tool will automatically parse the NMEA Overground speed from the $GPVTG sentence and display it in the UI
• The NMEA overground speed is returned in Knots
