Get the GPS Ground Speed from the NMEA $GPVTG sentence
GPS ground speed is returned in $GPVTG NMEA sentence by the GPS devices.
To read NMEA GPS Ground Speed,
- Connect the GPS device to a tool such as AT Command Tester that can parse NMEA sentences
- The tool will automatically read the NMEA Ground speed from the GPS device and display it in the UI.
- The unit for NMEA Ground speed is Kilometers/hour.
