Maxis provides cellular network services on HSPA+, HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE, GPRS, GSM,LTE NB-IoT technologies.

To select the network Maxis in Malaysia,

  • Mobile Country Code (MCC) of Maxis is 502.
  • Mobile Network Code (MCC) of Maxis are 17,12
  • Connect mobile device to the AT Command Tester tool.
  • Find the available networks by sending the AT+COPS=? command to the mobile device.
  • Maxis has 2 mobile network codes. Select the network Maxis by sending one of the following AT Command,

    •   AT+COPS= 4,2,"50217"
      AT+COPS= 4,2,"50212"

  • Verify that the Maxis is selected by by sending the AT+COPS? command.
