Grant the service account access to project in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

When service account is created in GCP, there is an optional setting to grant access to the project. When project access is not granted, IoT Cloud Tester  application cannot get the project details for the service account. The user will see the following error.

To grant the service account access to project in GCP,

• When creating the service account in GCP console, select the option to grant the service account access to the project and set the role.
