Enable Cloud Resource Manager API in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Cloud Resource Manager API  is used for updating metadata for Google Cloud Platform resource containers.

To enable Cloud Resource Manager API

• Navigate to the cloud resource manager API page in GCP  and pass  the project ID, https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/library/cloudresourcemanager.googleapis.com?project=iot-cloud-tutorial
• Press the 'Enable' button
