Dial-up connection entries are stored in below file,<br \/>\nc:\\Users\\All Users\\Microsoft\\Network\\Connections\\Pbk\\rasphone.pbk<\/p>\n<p>If the RAS connection is made with an entry that is not in the above phone book, dial-up connection error 623 is observed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.m2msupport.net\/m2msupport\/wp-content\/themes\/admired\/images\/dial_up_connection_error_623.PNG\" alt=\"\" width=\"90%\" height=\"90%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With cellular modems, when the SIM card is not present or locked, dial-up error 777 can happen.
