    Hi.

I have the Telit GL865 Quad on a GSM click board. I can send and receive texts, initiate calls etc with the command tester but I’m struggling to understand if I’m setting up the HTTP post correctly.

I want to send data to my home server running home automation SW. I’ve tried using HTTP post with the following:

    http://WITHHELD.dyndns.org:2000/fhem?cmd=set%20DININGLIGHT%20level%2015&room=Lighting

This is the response I get:

    Checking registration status…

    AT+CREG?
    +CREG: 0,1

    OK
The device is registered in home network.

    AT#SCFG?

    #SCFG: 1,1,300,90,600,50
    #SCFG: 2,1,300,90,600,50
    #SCFG: 3,1,300,90,600,50
    #SCFG: 4,2,300,90,600,50
    #SCFG: 5,2,300,90,600,50
    #SCFG: 6,2,300,90,600,50

    OK
Checking if socket connection is activated…

    AT#SGACT?
    #SGACT: 1,1

    OK
    cid 1 is already active

    Connecting tohttp://WITHHELD.dyndns.org:4000/fhem?cmd=set%20DININGLIGHT%20level%2015&room=Lighting

    #SD=1,0,80,”WITHHELD.dyndns.org”

    CONNECT
    Sending HTTP data:
    POST /fhem HTTP/1.1
    Host:WITHHELD.dyndns.org
    Content-length:48

    cmd=set%20DININGLIGHT%20level%2015&room=Lighting
    HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Time-out
    Server: WebProxy/6.0
    Date: Sun, 11 May 2014 21:05:45 GMT
    Content-Length: 0
    Connection: keep-alive

    NO CARRIER
    NO Carrier: Call dis-connected

NOTE: I’ve replaced my correct dyndns address with WITHHELD. I see that the response #SD=1,0,80,”WITHHELD.dyndns.org” looks like the POST is being applied to port 80 instead of port 2000, am I correct in my understanding of this? What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks
    Martin
