How to enable logging for AT Command Tester Tool?

AT Command Tester tool is a java-based tool. To troubleshoot application issues such as ports not found, unable to connect to device, AT command responses, modem behaviour etc, application logging data is required.

By default, the Java logs are disabled. To enable Java logging, go control panel and open the ‘Java Control Panel’. Under the ‘Advanced’ tab, select the option ‘Show console’ under ‘Java console’ settings.

Open Java control panel

Now restart the AT Command Tester in a new browser window. The ‘Java Console’ should open in a new window and should start capturing logs. On the AT Command Tester, find your device port, connect and send AT commands. Copy the content of the ‘Java Console’.
