I have a telit modem that i can connect via terminal , but can not connect via AT command tester.I have also setup java security (exception) as mentioned in trouble shooting. any ideas??

I gave up on this last month. But still haven’t figured out how to take this forward. Anyone with any clue please your guidance will be really helpful.
